do care of quality standards of service. That is why the Centre has been equipped
with the most modern technologies/ techniques so as to reply to queries and to treat
issues of integration between computer and internet, in addition to SMS, e- mail,
orders, compliments and suggestions.

Other services include:
offering information concerning customer’s transactions / operations, and sending
statements of account via fax.
The Centre is managed by a selected, well-qualified and self—developed staff to
reply to your queries in person and to carry out all transactions easily and safely.
Our service is available from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. On Thursday to 2:00 P.M.
